1.What is the process of product customization?

Contact online customers to fill in the demand for customized products (such as size, color, material, LOGO, etc.)

 

2.How long is the production cycle and how to accept the product? 

Production cycle: about 5-15 working days according to the complexity (can be expedited).

Send photos/video for your acceptance after completion, arrange shipment after payment of the final amount.

 

3.What are the shipping methods and how long is the time limit? 

DHL/FedEx Air: 3-7 days, door to door, duty prepaid or paid on arrival.

Sea freight: suitable for large quantities of goods, time limit of 15-45 days, provide customs clearance assistance.

 

4.Is the product installation complicated?
